Net Form is an arm of Scott Hamilton. Scott is a busy man that works at a factory in Ohio, He takes care of his home, wife, dogs and family. He pays his bills, does some wood work and custom CNC work. Other passions include CG (Computer Graphics), VFX (Visual Effects), 3D and 2D animations, branding, logos, sketching, and other graphics work. Also web development, coding and business development of various types. I strongly believe in contributing to small businesses in anyway that I can.

Net Form is a website that was specifically made to collect inoformation from individuals or groups for business purposes or just you or your group. Forms for small businesses are our specialty.

The application here is collecting information from one party that is usefull to another party. That utilizes technologies that are available with the internet in transmitting data (information).
